<\/h1>\nCall Today!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Johnny Moore RN is the founder of MOORE NURSES.\u00a0 He has been a Registered Nurse for many years, specializing in ER and OR his whole career.\u00a0 Post nursing school, he did an Internship in OR, followed by an Internship in the ER at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, a nationally ranked Level 1 Trauma Center.\u00a0 After years of working as a staff RN and later as a local Agency RN in Houston, he became a Travel Nurse.\u00a0 He traveled for years and later was approached by one of the agencies\u00a0to do some recruiting for them while on assignment in California.\u00a0 He accepted their offer and recruited over 60 Nurses for them in six months while still on assignment as a Travel Nurse.\u00a0 Well, one thing led to another, and that company eventually made him Vice President where he continued to shine.\u00a0 Soon, many companies were calling and making him offers.\u00a0 He later accepted a position as President for another company.\u00a0 This experience gave him the knowledge of how the other side of the coin works.\u00a0 He learned an incredible amount on the entire Agency Nursing Industry as a whole.<\/p>\n As an Agency Nurse, Johnny noticed that there was something wrong with Agency Nursing as a whole.\u00a0 It seemed as though every Agency Nurse he met and knew, had at least one horror story to share.\u00a0 Many Agencies gave Nurses empty promises, deplorable housing, lies about pay, lies about bonuses, wrong shift, low wages……..the list is a mile long.\u00a0 And there was nobody to turn to for help.\u00a0 As a huge Nurse Advocate, this didn’t sit well at all with Johnny.\u00a0 He couldn’t stop thinking about it.\u00a0 It consumed him.\u00a0 So, after much contemplation, he put in his resignation as President of the Agency he was working for and started his own company.\u00a0 With the mindset of doing a better job for the Nurses, in turn a better job for the Hospitals, in turn a better job for the Patients, which is the ultimate goal.\u00a0 The rest is History.\u00a0 He has positively affected the Agency Nurse Staffing Industry and continues to do so with a passionate drive like none other.\u00a0 His Vast experience as a Nurse and an Agency Executive together helps MOORE NURSES to be very successful on all fronts.\u00a0 Now there is Somebody to turn to!<\/p>\n Call Today!
